Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls
• Handle customer policy change requests and policy endorsements
• Process and manage underwriting renewal documents and requirements
• Hand off all incoming leads to the sales team
• Schedule Life Insurance appointments for the sales team

Requirements

• California Property and Casualty License (required)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
• Ability to be coachable and open to feedback
• Motivated, determined, and maintains a positive attitude
