We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Utility Porter to join our team. The Utility Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall upkeep of residential and/or commercial properties. This role is essential in ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for tenants, clients, and visitors.
Responsibilities:

<li>Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and stairwells</li>
<li>Remove trash and recycling from designated areas</li>
<li>Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust as needed</li>
<li>Clean and sanitize surfaces regularly</li>
<li>Monitor and restock cleaning supplies</li>
<li>Assist with light maintenance tasks as needed</li>
<li>Report any maintenance or safety issues to management</li>
<li>Support special cleaning projects when required</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous porter or janitorial experience preferred</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and efficiently</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Good communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods</li>
<li>Reliable and punctual</li>
