We are looking for a Full-Time provider (40 hours per week) for our facility located in Millville, NJ. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant.
Compensation
- Base salary range: $122,720 - $128,960 per year
- No-cap incentive compensation bonus program available

Role Overview
The Advanced Practice Provider will report directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaboration with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific goals and priorities, as well as working alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-centered medical care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide primary and urgent care services to residents in the nursing center.
- Work in partnership with other medical providers to ensure high-quality healthcare delivery.
- Collaborate with Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of improving lives through compassionate care.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, licensed as a registered nurse, and certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master's Degree in Nursing, specializing in Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
- Physician Assistants must graduate from an ARC-PA accredited program and pass the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to obtain the PAC designation.
- A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
- APRN must hold an unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state of practice.
