Job Overview

About the Position

In this role, you will operate within a collaborative outpatient environment that emphasizes personalized, patient-centered care. Regardless of your experience level, you will receive support to enhance your skills and advance your career.

Your responsibilities will include evaluating and re-evaluating patients, creating tailored care plans, and implementing evidence-based treatment strategies to help patients regain their previous levels of function. Additionally, maintaining accurate and current documentation and billing is essential. A solid understanding of the musculoskeletal system, familiarity with various post-operative protocols, and experience in wound care are preferred. We actively encourage and financially support specialty certifications and fellowship training. This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with highly skilled therapists in a dynamic environment, providing one-on-one care to patients within a 40–60-minute session. Compensation is negotiable based on your experience, certifications, and specialties.

Qualifications

  1. Demonstrated clinical experience as a physical therapist or PTA
  2. Extensive education and clinical knowledge
  3. Ability to engage with patients of diverse personalities
  4. Current understanding of treatment methodologies
  5. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  6. Exemplary professional conduct
  7. Strong interpersonal communication abilities
  8. Valid physical therapy license (willing to work with a limited license until full licensure is obtained)
  9. Graduate degree or higher in physical therapy

Additional Information

Compensation: $83,000 - $104,000 annually; negotiable based on experience, certifications, and specialties.

Sign-on bonus of $10,000 available.
