Job Overview
About the Position
In this role, you will operate within a collaborative outpatient environment that emphasizes personalized, patient-centered care. Regardless of your experience level, you will receive support to enhance your skills and advance your career.
Your responsibilities will include evaluating and re-evaluating patients, creating tailored care plans, and implementing evidence-based treatment strategies to help patients regain their previous levels of function. Additionally, maintaining accurate and current documentation and billing is essential. A solid understanding of the musculoskeletal system, familiarity with various post-operative protocols, and experience in wound care are preferred. We actively encourage and financially support specialty certifications and fellowship training. This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with highly skilled therapists in a dynamic environment, providing one-on-one care to patients within a 40–60-minute session. Compensation is negotiable based on your experience, certifications, and specialties.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated clinical experience as a physical therapist or PTA
- Extensive education and clinical knowledge
- Ability to engage with patients of diverse personalities
- Current understanding of treatment methodologies
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Exemplary professional conduct
- Strong interpersonal communication abilities
- Valid physical therapy license (willing to work with a limited license until full licensure is obtained)
- Graduate degree or higher in physical therapy
Additional Information
Compensation: $83,000 - $104,000 annually; negotiable based on experience, certifications, and specialties.
Sign-on bonus of $10,000 available.
