About the Role:
We are actively seeking an experienced Pediatric Provider to join our healthcare team across our clinics in Glendale, Van Nuys, and Northridge, CA. This role offers flexible scheduling with hours from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday with a light call rotation (1 week every 3-4 months)! You'll provide exceptional care to pediatric patients in an outpatient setting, utilizing telemedicine as needed. We even have 4-hour shifts available for ultimate flexibility.
Work just 4 days per week to qualify for full benefits, with a highly competitive salary ranging from $225,000 to $300,000 annually, based on your experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a patient load of 25 to 30 patients per day.
- Participate in a light call rotation (1 week every 3-4 months).
- Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic pediatric illnesses.
- Prescribe necessary medications and treatments according to patient care plans.
- Perform comprehensive physical exams for pediatric patients and assess their health.
- Develop and implement pediatric patient management policies and procedures.
- Facilitate referrals to specialists and medical facilities as necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and specialists on patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Educate parents and families on child health, wellness, and preventive care.
Qualifications:
- Active California License (Required).
- Board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or PA or MD or DO OR General Pediatrician OR Family Practitioner.
- New graduates are welcome to apply!
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment.
- Strong communication skills to build excellent rapport with both children and parents.
- Must be willing to relocate to the greater Los Angeles area (Glendale, Van Nuys, or Northridge).
