Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Stock Clerk / Inventory Specialist to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling and organizing nuts, bolts, wheelchair parts, and other materials that support our manufacturing operations. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory, stocking materials, and providing parts to various production areas. The ideal candidate will have RF Scanning experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This is a 6:00am – 2:30pm shift with frequent overtime opportunities, offering a chance to grow into a long-term role with a company that values teamwork, quality, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory, stock, and organize nuts, bolts, wheelchair parts, and related materials.
Provide materials and parts to different production areas as needed to maintain workflow.
Load and prepare outgoing materials for outside processing.
Receive all incoming shipments, verify counts, and submit paperwork to purchasing.
Immediately report discrepancies when counts do not match documentation.
Maintain and organize overstock inventory in warehouse racks.
Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and item verifications.
Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized at all times.
Support other departments as directed by the Stock Clerk Supervisor.
Perform additional warehouse and inventory tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of stock clerk or inventory experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
RF Scanning experience required.
Basic computer literacy for production tracking and reporting.
Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
Comfortable using hand tools and power tools when necessary.
Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Positive, trainable attitude with strong willingness to learn.
Strong sense of urgency and commitment to production and delivery schedules.
