RECRUITER

As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, the Recruiter reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition and plays a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent. This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments, leveraging modern sourcing strategies, recruitment technologies, and data analytics to meet hiring goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive, recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, from intake to offer and close, ensuring a seamless and inclusive candidate experience
  • Source and engage passive and active candidates using tools including LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn RecruiterLite, Greenhouse ATS, and knowledge of AI-powered sourcing platforms, and talent intelligence tools.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through strategic outreach, employer branding, and community engagement
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Conduct preliminary interviews with candidates to gauge interest and assess foundational skills and competencies
  • Define and implement a proactive communication plan to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve sourcing strategies and hiring outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, including OFCCP and EEOC guidelines
  • Support recruitment marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, job fairs, job fairs, virtual hiring events, and employee referral programs
  • Collaborate with HR and People Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and candidate transitions
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in talent acquisition

  • Performs other duties as requested

Qualifications

  • Bilingual Requirement: Spanish and English preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of full-cycle in house recruiting experience
  • Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS is strongly preferred
  • Proven success sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital platforms
  • Strong sourcing and talent mapping skills using Boolean search, AI tools, and CRM systems
  • Familiarity with recruitment analytics, dashboards, and KPIs
  • Experience with DEI-focused recruiting strategies and inclusive hiring practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom)
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset

Physical Requirements

  • Frequently operates a computer and other office productivity tools
  • May require occasional travel for recruitment events or team meetings
  • In office 2 days a week in Foster City, CA Office

Pay Range

$80,000 - $90,000 Annually - Pay based on applicable experience and qualifications
