About the Role:
We are seeking a Client Service Representative to support client interactions and account workflows. You will play a key role in fielding inbound calls, helping resolve disputes, coordinating payment arrangements, and ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurately maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and a client-first mindset.
- Resolve account-related questions, disputes, and client concerns using established procedures.
- Set up and maintain payment plans within the system.
- Collect, verify, and track missing or incomplete documentation for client accounts.
- Maintain clean and accurate account notes within our SaaS platform.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to support client outcomes and resolve escalations.
- Uphold RD Fuller’s commitment to transparency, compliance, and exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Detail-oriented, organized, and diligent with follow-up.
- Tech-comfortable and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Experience with CRM or workflow software is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site full-time (Monday–Friday).
