Job Title: Plumbing Dispatcher & Customer Service Specialist
Location: Modesto
Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Mon- Fri, some Saturdays

Noble Plumbing is looking for a high-energy, organized Dispatcher to be the heartbeat of our office. As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll be the voice of our company—turning stressful plumbing emergencies into "problem solved" moments.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the Customer Hero: Answer incoming calls with a friendly, professional demeanor and gather the details needed to help our clients.
- Master the Schedule: Coordinate and dispatch our team of skilled technicians to jobs based on location, urgency, and expertise.
- Multitask Like a Pro: Juggle phones, emails, and technician updates in a fast-paced environment while keeping our digital dispatch board accurate.
- Keep it Smooth: Provide real-time updates to customers and support our field team with the info they need to get the job done right.
What We’re Looking For:
- Exceptional Customer Service: You have a "people-first" attitude and can handle even the toughest calls with patience and grace.
- Multitasking Skills: You thrive when things get busy and can switch between tasks without missing a beat.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with computers; experience with dispatch software such as ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro is a plus.
- Reliability: You are punctual and ready to work
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the 209 area to help with efficient routing.
- No Experience Necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate.
