Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a well-organized and functional work environment.

• Organize schedules and manage calendars to facilitate effective communication across departments.

• Promote adherence to office policies and encourage a culture of professionalism and collaboration.
• Oversee accounts payable processes to ensure timely and accurate payment handling.
• Perform receptionist duties by managing correspondence and welcoming guests.• Proven experience in administrative office management or a related role.
• Ability to maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
• Familiarity with accounts payable processes and financial oversight.
• Strong organizational skills for managing schedules and coordinating office activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and vendors.
• Proficiency in handling receptionist duties, including managing incoming calls and correspondence.
