New Year, New Opportunity! Dove Healthcare- Superior is seeking an RN nurse supervisor to join our nurse leadership team!
If you are a nurse who is looking to take the next step in your career journey and use your experience to mentor, train and educate a team of caregivers while coordinating and overseeing the care of your patients, the role of RN nurse supervisor could be your next calling!
As an RN nurse supervisor, you will:
- supervise the day to day activities of assigned residents and employees
- coordinate, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing services provided to each resident using clinical competence
- review and audit compliance with the patient's plan of care and changing needs
- provide a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment
- participate in an on-call rotation
Required Qualifications:
- current licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a registered nurse (RN)
- degree from an accredited school of nursing
- wound care certification is preferred
