Are you a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with a passion for working with preschool-aged children? We at ProCare Therapyare seeking a dedicated and compassionate SLP to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in early childhood education by helping young learners develop essential communication skills.
Caseload: Preschool
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 12:00 PM
Compensation: $55/hour for direct and indirect services
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to preschool students with communication needs.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Conduct assessments to evaluate speech and language needs.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
- Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state requirements.
Requirements:
- Active Washington State SLP License.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Experience with preschool-aged children preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
