Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects, particularly in the wastewater sector. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing project teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction operations and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and labor resources.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Prepare and manage project schedules and budgets.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in construction, specifically in wastewater projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
