Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Assistant Manager to help lead a fast-paced, team-oriented BBQ restaurant committed to exceptional service and community values. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a high-energy environment and values hospitality, quality, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, including guest experience, food quality, and team performance.

Lead by example to foster a positive, respectful, and mission-driven culture.

Assist in recruiting, training, coaching, and developing team members.

Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage cost controls.

Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly and professionally.

Uphold company standards for cleanliness, food presentation, and service speed.

Help manage staff scheduling, labor costs, and shift coverage.
Qualifications:

1–2 years of leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Commitment to delivering excellent guest service.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.

ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
