Carpenters!!! Are you Handy? Can you build on pallets and skids?
The Crater is responsible for packaging finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling) per shipping requirements.
A successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Stage finished product for loading
- Load finished product onto truck
- Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Crating material for shipping
- Use pneumatic tools (nail guns, saws, staple guns, etc.)
- Build skids from scratch
- Place product on skids and secure for shipping
- Build crates for international and domestic shipments
- Operate forklift
A qualified candidate will be pro-active, dedicated, and possess these requirements:
- 1-2+ years of related experience
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required
- Ability to drive a forklift and obtain a forklift certification
- Well organized, attention to detail, ability to multi-task
- Ability to use hand and/or power tools
Position available on 1st shift 8:30am - 5:30pm
Pay is $18.00/HR
