Inside Technical Sales Support Specialist - Sales Engineer - Senior Customer Service Specialist

$40-45/hour Temp - DOE - ($85-95K range for permanent role DOE + benefits)

Established and growing Contract Manufacturing, Import and Distribution Company is seeking an Inside Sales Support and Customer Service Specialist to join their team. Company provides industrial products to the automotive, consumer products, medical, agriculture and other manufacturing industries. Many products are customized to fit customer's needs.

Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years working in a manufacturing or distribution environment and have experience reading specs or blueprints to develop a good understanding of customer product to ensure products are made to spec. Bachelor's degree desired along with excellent computer and communication skills. Mechanical Engineering or Supply Chain background a plus! Ability to speak Spanish a plus! Strong computer skills including working knowledge of ERP systems.

Responsibilities will include:

• Management of multiple customer accounts including quoting, order entry, inventory planning, information maintenance and technical support

• Contact, qualify and develop on-going relationships with assigned accounts in order to increase sales volume

• Prospecting and follow-up activities related to new customers and markets

• Providing 100% customer service – Coordinate the resolution of account issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

• Daily interaction with the outside sales force, providing pricing and product availability information, working together to meet customer needs and secure new business

• Communicate sales order changes with the related departments
