Job Description\n
American Traveler is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist with Siemens experience and active ARRT (MR), BLS, and Ohio licensure required if applicable.
\n \n Responsibilities\n
- Work in a hospital-based MRI department with advanced Siemens Aera, Skyra, and Sola systems
- Perform a variety of scans including neuro, body, MSK, and breast imaging
- Night shift position with 3x8-hour shifts from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, rotating between two and three shifts per week
- No weekend or on-call requirements
- Patients include a full range of adult cases requiring cross-sectional imaging
- Duties include performing high-quality MRI exams and adhering to safety protocols in the imaging suite
- Completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation with acceptable scores is required
- Locals are accepted at the same bill rate
- Permanent staff may not return to the facility for 1 year from previous end date
- Background checks must show no open cases
- Scrub or dress code details will be provided during onboarding

- Minimum of 18 months permanent experience as an MRI Technologist prior to travel
- Current and active ARRT (MR) certification and BLS required
- Must hold or be willing to obtain an active Ohio state license
- Experience with Siemens MRI systems is required
- At least one professional reference from a supervisory role in MRI within the last 12 months is mandatory to qualify for consideration
- All certifications and licenses must be active at the time of consideration, nothing pending
- Negative 10-panel plus nicotine (cotinine) drug screen required within 12 months of start
- Must be nicotine free
- Must be able to pass both BCI and FBI fingerprint checks, with one print completed onsite and the other through the agency
