  • Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, services, and policies to guide customers accurately.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
