A leading company in the shared space industry with large operations in Downtown Miami is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial General Sales Manager to lead and grow its location.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is hungry, sales-focused, and motivated by driving occupancy and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations of a high-traffic shared space location
- Drive sales and aggressively grow occupancy
- Build relationships with members, brokers, and local businesses
- Develop and execute local marketing and sales strategies
- Oversee staff, customer experience, and overall performance
- Track KPIs and meet revenue and occupancy targets
Qualifications:
- Strong sales background (hospitality industry experience highly preferred)
- Proven ability to close deals and generate new business
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
Compensation:
