A leading company in the shared space industry with large operations in Downtown Miami is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial General Sales Manager to lead and grow its location.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is hungry, sales-focused, and motivated by driving occupancy and revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations of a high-traffic shared space location
  • Drive sales and aggressively grow occupancy
  • Build relationships with members, brokers, and local businesses
  • Develop and execute local marketing and sales strategies
  • Oversee staff, customer experience, and overall performance
  • Track KPIs and meet revenue and occupancy targets

Qualifications:

  • Strong sales background (hospitality industry experience highly preferred)
  • Proven ability to close deals and generate new business
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills

Compensation:
