Dental Assistant (DA or RDA)
Location: Ventura, CA
Pay: $20–$32 per hour (based on experience and credentials)
Join our established, state-of-the-art dental practice in Ventura! We’re looking for a Dental Assistant (DA or RDA) who is compassionate, motivated, and eager to learn and grow. Our team takes pride in providing world-class dentistry in a warm, family-oriented environment.
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Thursday, 8:15 AM–5:15 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Assist doctors chairside with a wide range of procedures
- Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate computer charting
- Take alginate and PVS impressions (digital scanning experience a plus)
- Sterilize instruments and maintain cleanliness and efficiency in the operatory
- Provide outstanding patient care and customer service
Requirements
- RDA license with coronal polishing, sealant, and X-ray certifications preferred
- DAs eager to learn and pursue RDA licensure are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
Preferred Skills
- Previous dental office experience (front or back office)
- Familiarity with Dentrix or similar dental software
- Experience with intraoral scanning and CAD/CAM design a plus (training available)
- Willingness to assist with front office tasks when needed
