Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker/Packer with a strong interest in long-term placement. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to work efficiently to meet daily productivity goals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Pick and pack customer orders accurately based on pick lists
· Prepare shipments by labeling, sealing, and staging packages
· Load outbound shipments onto carrier trucks (e.g., FedEx and UPS)
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
· Follow company procedures, safety standards, and quality guidelines
· Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed
· Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred
· Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience is a plus but not required
· Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
· Basic math and reading skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Reliable attendance and punctuality
· Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
· Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Work Environment:
· Warehouse setting with varying temperatures depending on season
· May include physically demanding work such as unloading containers
· May require use of pallet jacks or other basic warehouse equipment (training provided)
