Location: Remote | Based out of Ohio with multiple locations.
Base Salary: $36,000/year + Commission + Bonus
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM 6:00 PM (MST)

What We Offer
- Base Salary: $36,000 annually paid semi monthly
- Aggressive Commission Structure: Up to 22% on Allstate New Business
- Brokered Business: 7% commission
- National General: 3% commission
- Commission paid on 1st & 15th from dollar one no waiting

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Consult with clients to assess insurance needs and match them with personalized coverage solutions
- Provide exceptional service and follow-up to ensure long-term customer satisfaction
- Drive new business through inbound leads, outbound calls, and referrals
- Build lasting relationships with clients to drive retention and referrals
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- Licensing: Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license required (we can help you get licensed in Ohio if needed)
- Sales Experience: Proven success in a sales role is highly preferred
- Self-Motivated: You're driven to exceed goals and earn top commissions
- Strong Communicator: Clear, confident, and persuasive both on the phone and in writing
- Client-Focused: You care about people and take pride in providing solutions that protect them
- Adaptable: Comfortable working remotely and navigating digital tools and CRMs
