Our organization is on the lookout for a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician to enhance our growing interdisciplinary team at the Mather VA Medical Center in Sacramento, CA. This role presents a unique chance to provide care for America’s Veterans in a collaborative and well-supported setting.

Position Highlights

• Focus on outpatient PM&R care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Pain Medicine, Neurology, Orthopedics, and Primary Care
• Engage in program development, leadership roles, and teaching opportunities
• Enjoy a supportive practice environment with no billing or overhead duties
• Maintain a stable schedule that promotes an excellent work-life balance

Compensation & Incentives

• Annual salary ranging from $275,000 to $300,000
• Eligibility for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP)
• Relocation and recruitment incentives available

• Malpractice insurance with tail coverage included
• Up to 55 days of annual paid time off (combined)
