Minimum Qualifications
\n
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Georgia PTA license required to start the assignment.
- Current CPR certification.
- Familiarity with basic computer functions, internet, e-mail, navigation of desktop applications, and completion of online HR and training tasks.
- Must have reliable transportation, current driver’s license, and agency-required liability insurance for home visits.
- Experience providing care in home health settings preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
\n
- 2–3 years of experience as a licensed PTA working under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist preferred.
- Experience managing a home health caseload preferred.

Assignment Details
\n
- Shift: Evenings, schedule consists of five 8-hour shifts per week.
- Work setting: Home visits within the local service area; periodic office meetings.
- Must be able to travel within the local region and provide visits in patient homes.

Impacting Patient Care

Provide patient-centered care that helps patients recover from injury or illness, improve mobility, and maintain independence in the home. Document progress, communicate with the supervising Physical Therapist, and follow physician orders to ensure safe and effective treatment plans. Your work will support patient safety, functional outcomes, and continuity of care in the home health environment.
