- Develop scalable FF&E standards, specs, and packages across asset types
- Lead FF&E projects end-to-end, including renovations, repositioning's, and new acquisitions
- Manage schedules, budgets, and procurement to deliver high-quality outcomes on time
- Oversee vendors, national purchasing programs, and installation logistics
- Hit the road for site visits and quality control walks to make sure the finished product matches the vision
- Partner with operations, marketing, facilities, and Impact teams to enhance leasing, branding, and resident experience
- Use design strategically to improve underperforming assets
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in interior design, FF&E procurement, or project management
- Strong ability to align design decisions with market demand and investment goals
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools
- A design-forward leader who balances creativity with cost, timing, and execution
- Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working across diverse markets and asset types
- Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field or equivalent hands-on experience
Why You’ll Love This Role
You’ll design at scale, see your work come to life, and play a key role in how our communities perform.
