AdvanceTEC seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in cleanroom project delivery to lead high‑visibility, technically complex initiatives across our portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and cross‑functional leadership—ensuring that every cleanroom project is delivered with precision, compliance, and excellence.
What you’ll lead
- Full lifecycle project management for cleanroom builds, expansions, and upgrades—from concept and design coordination through commissioning and closeout
- Development and ownership of project schedules, budgets, risk plans, and communication frameworks
- Alignment of engineering, construction, facilities, safety, and vendor teams to ensure seamless execution
- Oversight of procurement, change management, and documentation to maintain project control and transparency
- Leadership of project governance, stakeholder updates, and executive reporting
What you bring
- Extensive experience managing cleanroom or controlled‑environment projects in semiconductor, biotech, pharma, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing
- Strong understanding of cleanroom classifications, contamination control, HVAC/MEP integration, and high‑purity systems
- Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams through complex, fast‑paced project phases
- Exceptional communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills
- A track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to stringent quality standards

This position will require you to be onsite at active project client sites. Project sites are typically located on the east coast of the United Sates but may be in other regions in the US (i.e. Midwest, Southeast, West) or Canada.
