- Early in their staging or interior design career, but highly capable and detail-driven
- Design-minded, with a strong eye for styling and space
- Organized, methodical, and able to take ownership of systems

- Reliable, calm under pressure, and excited to grow with a boutique staging team
Experience Preferences
- 1–3 years of experience in staging, interior design, visual merchandising, or related work is a plus
- Familiarity with furniture, décor, and residential spaces
- Inventory or operational experience is helpful but not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move light to medium furniture and décor
- Comfortable standing, bending, organizing, and working on-site during installs and destages

Growth Opportunity
As Alder & Ash Interiors grows, this role has the potential to expand in hours and responsibility based on performance and business needs.
