This is a rare opportunity for a driven, polished solo professional to travel the globe, represent Acolt LLC — a Denver-based jeweler expanding internationally — and help launch one of the most exciting new luxury jewelry lines in the world.

Your Role
As Acolt’s Marketing & Sales Executive, you’ll be the storyteller — the voice that shares these narratives with the world. You’ll represent Acolt to galleries, distributors, and direct clients, offering not just fine jewelry, but a deeply immersive, luxurious experience.

Skills Required

Sales

  • Proven background in professional sales, preferably in luxury or fine jewelry.

  • Deep knowledge (or a strong desire to learn) about diamonds, colored stones, and craftsmanship.

  • Ability to represent Acolt at the highest level of sophistication — with a polished, confident, and refined demeanor.

  • Strong interpersonal skills: speak to anyone, anywhere, at their level.

  • Serve as the customer-facing brand ambassador showcasing Acolt’s artistry and values.

Marketing & Event Execution

  • Build and execute strategic marketing and social media plans aligned with product launches, brand moments, and global events.

  • Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure all initiatives are cohesive and well-timed.

  • Support and execute photoshoots, filming, and on-location video content.

  • Manage social media platforms (including Instagram, X, TikTok, and others) in alignment with brand strategy.

  • Coordinate and represent Acolt at in-person promotional events and trade shows.

Global Travel & Cultural Intelligence

  • Well-traveled and confident navigating luxury markets around the world.

  • Always prepared — researching local customs and cultural norms before arrival.

  • Whether in Tokyo or Paris, you adapt seamlessly and communicate with grace across cultures.

Client & Gallery Relationships

  • Build and maintain global relationships with galleries, distributors, and direct clientele.

  • Process sales orders, respond to inquiries, and manage professional follow-up.

  • Maintain detailed records of communications and sales activities in Acolt’s collaborative digital workspace.

Salary & Details

  • Full-time, 40 hours/week

  • Local, Domestic, and Global Travel Required

  • On-site in Downtown Denver

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience

  • Brand Ambassador Styling Package — a dedicated allowance to maintain a look as elevated as the jewelry you represent
