A well-established General Contractor in Southern California with over 40 years in business is hiring! 100% employee-owned (ESOP), this GC focuses on fast-turnaround Tenant Improvement (TI) projects, including live-site work.
Requirements:
- OSHPD / HCAI experience
- Background in healthcare TI: MRI rooms, dialysis labs, urgent care, etc.
- Experience with clients like Hoag, Providence, City of Hope
