Responsibilities
- Participate in a comprehensive training program covering insurance products, sales, techniques, compliance, and client relationship management
- Shadow and work alongside an established agent to learn real-world sales and servicing techniques
- Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and lead follow-up
- Conduct client needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Build lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support

Requirements
