Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Location: Cloquet, MN

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to students within the school environment.
  • Assess and develop individualized treatment plans to address each students unique needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions that promote fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and adaptive techniques.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust services as necessary to achieve educational goals.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary plans.
  • Travel to various school sites as required to deliver services.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist with credentials valid in Minnesota.
  • Experience working with children in educational or pediatric settings.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with school personnel and families.
  • Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse learning and developmental needs.
  • Willingness and ability to travel between assigned school locations.
  • Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and school-based therapy delivery.
