Propp Realty Management is working with a client who is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk for a temporary assignment to support our payroll team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing, data entry, and assisting with payroll-related inquiries. This role will be fully on-site near the Westwood area. This role is contract to hire and can pay up to $25/hr.
Key Responsibilities:

Process employee timecards and enter data into the payroll system

Verify payroll information for accuracy and completeness

Assist with payroll runs (weekly, bi-weekly, or semi-monthly)

Respond to employee payroll questions and resolve discrepancies

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll information

Support HR or finance team with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

1+ year of payroll or administrative experience preferred

Familiarity with payroll software (e.g. ADP, Paychex, or similar)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data entry
