We are in search of a board-certified or board-eligible transplant surgeon to carry out liver, kidney, and pancreas transplants at our facility in Seattle. Candidates must have completed an ASTS-approved fellowship, possess a valid medical license in Washington State, and demonstrate proficiency in multi-organ transplant procedures. This role provides avenues for leadership, attractive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package within a prominent integrated healthcare network.
Our organization is looking for a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Transplant Surgeon. The ideal applicant will have successfully completed an ASTS-approved fellowship and will be part of a well-established liver, kidney, and pancreas transplant program. We are one of seven kidney transplant centers and one of only three liver transplant centers serving the entire Pacific Northwest. - Applicants must possess an M.D. and either hold or be eligible to obtain the necessary medical licenses in Washington State.
- Board certification from the American Board of Surgery is mandatory.
- Active involvement in transplant surgery and completion of an ASTS multi-organ transplant fellowship is required.
- Preferred qualifications include proficiency in liver, kidney, or pancreas transplantation, as well as experience in donor nephrectomies and HPB surgery.
- Demonstrated clinical excellence and leadership experience are highly valued.
- Leadership roles may be available within the transplant program.
- Compensation ranges from $200.35 to $287.08 per hour.
- The listed compensation may encompass productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift bonuses, as applicable. Additionally, continuing medical education (CME) benefits may be available.

Our facility is an integrated network comprising over 1,100 physicians and advanced practice clinicians across seven campuses in the greater Seattle area. We provide some of the most advanced medical services, technologies, and treatments in the Pacific Northwest. In collaboration with our medical group, which includes 1,300 providers offering primary and specialty care in various clinics, we ensure coordinated and integrated care for the residents of Seattle.
