Job Title: Office Administrator

Position Overview:
Gods Healing Wonders is seeking a reliable and highly organized Office Administrator to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, an excellent communicator, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This individual will assist with administrative tasks, social media management, and general office support to help the organization run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative and office operations
- Handle email communication and document organization
- Assist with scheduling, filing, and general office management
- Manage and post content across social media platforms
- Create marketing and promotional materials using Canva
- Maintain and update digital platforms such as Shopify
- Work within Microsoft Office for documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Support additional administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of administrative experience
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fast learner who can adapt quickly
- Experience with social media management across multiple platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Calendly (or scheduling tools), Canva, and Shopify
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
