Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Join Recodeal Energy Inc as a Supply Chain Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain processes. Based in Houston, TX, we are dedicated to driving innovation in the energy sector and are looking for a motivated individual to help us streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end supply chain operations within the plant, including procurement, production planning, logistics
  • Plan production planning and material planning (MRP) to ensure alignment between customer demand and manufacturing capacity Manage logistics planning (in-bond), optimizing transportation routes, cost, and delivery lead time
  • Establish and continuously improve supply chain processes to enhance on-time delivery (OTD) and inventory turnover
  • Develop and manage supplier performance, driving improvements in delivery, quality, and cost
  • Implement effective inventory control strategies to minimize excess, obsolescence, and shortage risks
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among production, quality, engineering, and finance teams
  • Monitor key KPIs (OTD, inventory turnover, supplier cost and forecast/plan accuracy) and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Handle supply chain disruptions (e.g., delays, shortages, logistics issues) and implement preventive and contingency measures

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing supply chain, with expertise in at least one area: procurement, production planning, or logistics
  • Experience in team management or project leadership is a plus
  • Solid understanding of plant operations (order → procurement → production → delivery)
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Proficient in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • Strong communication, execution, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure

Preferred

  • Experience in manufacturing industries such as renewable energy, solar, or equipment manufacturing
  • Familiarity with international trade and import/export operations (especially cross-border supply chains)
  • Experience in ramp-up, or expansion
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing or supply chain optimization projects
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken), able to work in a bilingual environment
