Location: Inver Grove Heights, MN (Hybrid – 3 days remote, 2 days in-person)
Job Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Program Manager
Pay: $65–$70 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated BCBA/LBA to join our team in a hybrid capacity. This role offers flexibility, with three days of remote work and two days onsite at our Inver Grove Heights center. The BCBA/LBA will be responsible for developing and overseeing individualized ABA therapy programs and supervising direct service providers, including Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments, functional behavior assessments (FBAs), and ongoing evaluations

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans

• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to direct service providers (e.g., RBTs, Behavior Therapists)

• Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on data and clinical observations

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members

• Ensure compliance with EIDBI guidelines, HIPAA, and professional ethics

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic systems

• Participate in staff training and ongoing development activities

• Attend required clinical meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary planning

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

• Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Minnesota or eligible for licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience providing ABA services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder

• Experience supervising direct service providers and supporting implementation fidelity

• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

• Proficient in electronic documentation and data collection platforms

• Comfortable working in both remote and in-person settings

Schedule

• Hybrid Model: 3 days remote, 2 days onsite at the Inver Grove Heights clinic

• Full-time hours with flexibility based on client and program needs
