In your role as a Dental Hygienist, you will be acknowledged as a premier clinical provider and patient advocate. Minimum Qualifications
- Valid dental hygienist license in Wisconsin and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).
- Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
- CPR Certification.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and developing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care and overall dental health maintenance.
- Clinical requirements as specified by the office.
Physical Requirements
- Capability to perform essential duties as required by the Office/Doctor/Organization with or without reasonable accommodation. Adjustments may be made to assist individuals with disabilities in fulfilling the essential responsibilities of the role.
- Extended periods of sitting and standing.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds occasionally.
- Availability to participate in virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year.
- To uphold our commitment to a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This is a standard requirement and must be completed before starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. This requirement does not apply in the states of Florida and Tennessee.
