<p>Northern Light Radiology Associates, a private, non PE backed radiology practice is actively recruiting Fellowship Trained, Board Certified/ Eligible Diagnostic Radiologists across all diagnostic radiology subspecialties to cover our Northeastern Ohio Hospital locations. We offer both Employment and Independent Contractor opportunities. This position includes a SUBSTANTIAL sign-on bonus. If this is not a good fit for you, we would greatly appreciate an introduction - for each referral that results in hiring we offer up to $30,000.00 referral fee. Here are high level terms, these can be adjusted to fit individual physicians’ needs</p>
<p>Employment:</p>
<ul>
<li>$700,000.00 annual salary and benefits (401K with a match, healthcare, etc).</li>
<li>Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM work-shifts.</li>
<li>40 Weeks On-Site</li>
<li>8 weekends per year (Saturday and Sunday), weekends are 100% Remote</li>
<li>12-weeks of PTO per year.</li>
<li>Additional Productivity based compensation.</li>
<li>CME Allowance.</li>
<li>SUBSTANTIAL Sign-on bonus.</li>
<li>No requirement to pay tail insurance upon exit.</li>
<li>No non-competes.</li>
<li>Administrative support through our MSO.</li>
