Project Manager position and offers hands-on experience in all aspects of construction , Need someone that can come directly from a General Contractor
MUST HAVE COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE
COMING DIRECTLY FROM A GC************
Responsibilities:
✔️ Assist in planning and coordinating projects from start to finish
✔️ Manage project submittals and RFIs
✔️ Prepare and review contracts, change orders, POs, and invoices
✔️ Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
✔️ Track project expenses and assist with budgeting
✔️ Communicate project updates with clients, architects, and engineers
Required Skills & Experience:
🔹 Large-scale renovation experience
🔹 Procore (Financial/Budgeting)
🔹 Bluebeam (similar to AutoCAD) for take-offs and planning
🔹 Pre-construction and scheduling experience
🔹 Strong time management, communication, and leadership skills
