Job DescriptionJob Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Worker to join our warehouse team. This role is essential to the order fulfillment process, ensuring that products are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. Ideal candidates will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking: Select items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders using RF scanners or handheld devices.
- Packing: Safely and efficiently pack items into boxes, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage or discrepancies before packing; verify accuracy against order sheets.
- Shipping Prep: Seal and label packages for shipment; coordinate with receiving teams for pickup.
- Team Coordination: Work with warehouse leads to delegate tasks and maintain workflow.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area; follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 6+ months of warehouse, picking, or packing experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
