Position Overview
Waggle Golf is a company that creates unique golf apparel inspired by the individuality of each golfer. We believe that what you wear on the course should reflect your personality, interests and passions. Our designs aim to strike a chord with the golfer and make them feel like the apparel was made just for them.
As the Associate Account Executive representing Waggle, you will be responsible for managing high-value client relationships and driving brand engagement across our key accounts. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on building strong partnerships and delivering outstanding customer service. You will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure excellence in service and account growth.
This role will report directly to the Director of National Accounts
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring outstanding service and satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Understand clients’ needs, challenges and goals to deliver tailored solutions
- Partner with internal teams to deliver products and services that meet expectations
- Proactively address issues and opportunities for growth within accounts
- Assume primary ownership of specialty retail accounts, maintaining continuity of service and performance as team responsibilities evolve.
Lead Generation
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting and industry engagement
- Develop and execute strategies to generate, qualify and convert leads
- Leverage CRM and market intelligence tools to prioritize outreach and improve lead conversion rates
Collaboration & Communication
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations and product teams to align objectives
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance account engagement
- Maintain clear and regular communication with internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in account management or sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with golf industry trends and fashion retail dynamics
- Prior experience in a key account management role is a plus

Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience, with additional target bonus incentive
