Our Farmers office in 7901 Southpark Plaza, STE 208, Littleton, CO 80120 is hiring a Sales Producer whos motivated, coachable, and ready to growwhether youre new to insurance or already have sales experience.

Training and support

Youll receive a structured onboarding program designed to help you learn:

  • Farmers products and sales process
  • Customer conversations, needs analysis, and quoting workflows
  • Compliance and ethical selling practices
  • Ongoing coaching and performance feedback

Responsibilities

What youll do

  • Connect with prospective clients and identify the right coverage for their needs
  • Explain insurance options clearly and professionally (auto, home, and other lines)
  • Follow up with leads, manage a sales pipeline, and track activity consistently
  • Support existing clients with policy reviews and coverage updates
  • Meet individual and team performance goals with coaching support
