Job Description

The Midtown Group is seeking a Private Office Executive Assistant / Operations Manager who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has a track record of supporting a family office or executives with personal and financial matters.



The small but prestigious client we are recruiting for, is a family investment office that manages personal and commercial real estate properties as well as related financial and administrative activities.


The available position is a 4 day in-person, 1 day remote, role based in Dupont Circle (Washington, DC), conveniently located and metro accessible.


The ideal candidate thrives in a discreet, private, and high-trust environment and values accuracy, consistency, and professionalism.


Role Summary


Serve as the key office administrator responsible for executive support, tenant communication as well as bookkeeping and property-related workflows.


Key Responsibilities


  • Maintain bookkeeping workflows, AP/AR reporting
  • Coordinate tenant communication, office space visits
  • Manage vendor coordination and maintenance scheduling
  • Provide executive support including scheduling and documentation


Desired Qualifications


  • 3–7+ years of bookkeeping or administrative experience
  • QuickBooks Online proficiency
  • Real estate or property management exposure preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Compensation


  • $70,000 – $95,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • 35-hour work week
