Compensation:

$20 - $35 hourly DOE

Responsibilities:

• Accurately measure and evaluate project spaces using tape measures and other tools to ensure precise planning and installation.
• Perform a wide range of construction and home improvement tasks with efficiency, craftsmanship, and strong attention to detail.
• Travel to various job sites and safely operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment in accordance with company and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver projects on schedule and within budget, maintaining high-quality results.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client questions, addressing concerns professionally, and maintaining a positive on‑site experience.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in exterior residential home improvement.
• 2+ years of construction experience in the residential remodeling industry.
