Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care in the operating room for a variety of surgical procedures
- Collaborate closely with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
- Prepare the operating room and instruments in adherence with protocols
- Monitor patients' status before, during, and after surgery
- Respond effectively to emergencies and provide patient advocacy
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current RN license with certification or experience in Operating Room nursing
- Strong knowledge of perioperative procedures and sterile techniques
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to dynamic surgical environments
