Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Outpatient Clinic | Maryland
Location: Chevy Chase Village, Maryland
Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $180,000.00 - $200,000 per year + benefits

We are looking for a compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our dynamic outpatient clinic team. In this role, you will work closely with physicians to provide exceptional care, including diagnosing, treating, and managing a range of medical conditions. Job Duties:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history and physical exams
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
- Diagnose, treat, and manage both acute and chronic conditions in the outpatient setting
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., labs, imaging) and prescribe medications
- Provide patient education on disease management, wellness, and preventative care
- Perform minor procedures, as needed, under the supervision of physicians
- Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive medical records
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and outcomes
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Nursing with Nurse Practitioner certification from an accredited program
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Maryland (or eligibility)
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- Previous outpatient experience preferred, but not required
- Strong diagnostic, clinical, and patient management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
