Inside Sales Agent Opportunity


We are looking for a licensed and motivated professional who wants to learn to build a successful long-term career in commercial real estate while earning rewarding commissions. This Inside Sales Agent opportunity serves as a clear stepping stone toward becoming a commercial broker, providing the structure, coaching, and systems needed to develop your business the right way.


In this role, you’ll generate and qualify leads, build client relationships, and support the deal pipeline that drives our brokerage success. You’ll gain direct exposure to investment sales, market analysis, and client outreach while developing the skills and knowledge required to confidently transition into a full brokerage position.

First-year earning potential when hitting goals: $160,000+

Compensation:

$160,000 at plan commissions

Responsibilities:

  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
  • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele
  • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads
  • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads

Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Real estate license or pursuing required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
