Responsibilities
- Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses that meet both their visual needs and personal style preferences.
- Accurately measure and fit lenses to ensure proper performance and comfort.
- Educate patients on lens options, coatings, and insurance coverage.
- Process eyewear orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform eyewear adjustments, fittings, and minor repairs.
- Maintain frame inventory and visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with doctors and staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Qualifications
- Previous optical or optician experience preferred; however, training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
- Flexibility to work at multiple practice locations as required.
