Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator / Clinical Coordinator to support our growing research department. This role is responsible for coordinating clinical studies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting investigators and research participants throughout the study lifecycle.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with clinical trials, strong organizational skills, and a solid understanding of research protocols and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day activities of clinical research studies
- Support study start-up, participant recruitment, and enrollment
- Ensure compliance with study protocols, GCP, IRB, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate research documentation, source documents, and study binders
- Coordinate study visits, data collection, and follow-ups
- Serve as a liaison between investigators, sponsors, CROs, and internal teams
- Assist with regulatory submissions, amendments, and continuing reviews
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry and query resolution
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in clinical research or clinical studies
- Experience working with clinical trials, observational studies, or investigator-initiated studies
- Knowledge of GCP, IRB processes, and research regulations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Experience in healthcare, research clinics, or academic research preferred
Preferred:
- CRC or CCRP certification (preferred but not required)
- Experience in pediatrics, behavioral health, or specialty research (if applicable)
