Location: Center Valley, PA (Hybrid: Onsite Tuesdays and Wednesdays after training; remote Monday, Thursday, Friday)
Pay Range: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Duration: Up to 12 months
Job Summary:
The Business Operations Coordinator II supports operational and order-to-cash processes for domestic and global markets. This role manages order fulfillment, affiliate complaint processing, customer master requests, and supply chain activities while serving as a liaison between third-party vendors, internal stakeholders, and international units (Europe, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, India, China, Latin America, Canada). The role requires accuracy, data integrity, and adherence to J-SOX compliance to meet business targets and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage international and domestic affiliate orders for manufacturing and sales distribution sites.
• Create, maintain, and execute sales orders, return orders, debits, credits, and deliveries throughout the order lifecycle.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound transactions between centers, vendors, and internal customers.
• Investigate and facilitate international customer master account requests (creations, changes, deactivations).
• Handle material and transfer price requests for affiliate entities.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders on order status, backorders, shipment dates, tracking, and invoicing.
• Research and resolve daily open order issues, data errors, and discrepancies to ensure fulfillment.
• Perform receiving transactions and reconciliations for drop ship purchase orders, returns, and virtual RMAs.
• Coordinate with Market Quality on international compliant orders and create proforma invoices for third-party warehouse distribution.
• Collaborate with Trade Compliance on import/export requirements and facilitate international shipping incident reports/claims.
• Adhere to J-SOX and compliance controls, providing documentation for audits.
• Perform special projects and additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Education: Associate’s degree in business or related discipline required.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years in operational, supply chain, or customer service roles.
Skills:
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems; SAP and Oracle preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of supply chain workflows, inventory, and order lifecycle.
• Problem-solving, investigative, and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, following complex policies and procedures.
• Competencies: Action-oriented, business acumen, customer focus, ethics and values, time management.
• Availability: Extended hours during month-end, quarter-end, and fiscal year-end periods.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, sit, or walk for 8 hours per day.
